Do you ship overseas?

We ship within Europe. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-6 business days to arrive depending on your preferred shipping way.

What to do when the dryer isn't switching on?

For the first time you need to press longer the start button as the product is set with a travel lock.

Do I need to charge the dryer if I don't use it longer time?

If you do not need to
use it, please fully charge the device and then charge it every three months to
ensure that the device is in optimum condition. If you do not use the device for a long time, please unplug the charger.

Can I use the vitamin B3 spray as well driectly on the skin?

It is recommended to use the spray only with the tissues and the vitamin holder of Max & Anabelle drier. If you want to use it on the skin directly the quantity applied should be limited to the same number of sprays as on the pads with 2x spray on.

Yes, you can use as well the dryer without the infuser, but to reach better results of the caring aspect in case of skin irritations it is recommended to use them together.

How long can I use the pads in the Vitamin holder?

Every 10 days it's recommended to change the pads in the vitamin holder.

Shall I spray the vitmain B3 each time on the pads when I use the dryer?

No, the pads works like a reservoir and you need only 2-3 times to re-spray on the pads if you use the dryer each day.

Which distance shall I repsect to dry the skin of my baby?

You should use the dryer in a distance of 10 cm to respect e skin of your baby.

We really hope you love the pieces you purchased from Max & Anabelle, but if you are not happy and would like to return an item:

Please notify us if you'd like to return an item. within 14 days of your purchase. If over 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Your item must be unused, arrive in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging. Items should arrive within 14 days of us being notified of the return.

To complete your return:

1. Please email info@maxandanabelle.com to let us know which items you would like to return.

2. Pack any unwanted items, along with the original proof of purchase document and any returns information in the original packaging/secure postal box or bag.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

KINDLY NOTE: If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are unable to refund any orders which get lost.
